Independent Website Sales Representatives Needed

DeGaetano Design & Marketing LLC. A growing multimedia design corporation specializing in website design, SEO (search engine optimization), Logo designs and graphic design located in Phoenix Arizona is seeking savvy aggressive sales people to help our company reach our growth and sales goals for 2009.

We are focusing on increasing our "new builds" website project volume substantially on a national level. The territory is wide open. We are seeking sales people from any territory in the Untied States. Applicants can be from any State in the USA and work in your local area.

An ethical corporate attitude, dedication, good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to close deals are key qualities we are looking for in an independent sales representative.

Experience required:

at lease 2-5 years in retail or corporate sales with an impressive track record.

This position pays (2) ways:

1. 15% commission on gross revenue for all projects completed 100% in-house.

2. 15% commission on net profit for projects that include a subcontractor.

Commission checks are paid 5-10 business days after project is paid in full by customer.

Our Projects: Smaller (in-house) projects range from $3200 - $6000 and larger (subcontracted) projects range from $10,000.00 to $36,000.00. We work with a 15% to 20% profit margin on subcontracted projects.

Your Potential: It is very realistic for a sales person to generate $2500.00 to $4000.00 + a month by being a dedicated aggressive sales professional on a part time basis. A full time basis can double or even triple the amount of potential commission paid to you ($8000.00 to $12,000.00 a month).

Bonus: Sell 5 projects in 30 days and get a $500.00 bonus.

Requirements:

- You can work full time or part time, you make your own hours.

- You are required to sell and close 2 website projects a month to continue to work with us.

- You are required to have a cell phone, PC and internet connection. (transportation is optional, we are not apposed to you working from home 100%.

- You are not required to meet customers in person, but if it means closing a deal, its up to you. If our Senior Consultant / Designer has to close the deal for you, you will be paid your commission minus 1.5%)

- You will work as an Independent Contractor for us, not as an employee. Our Independent Sales Agreement is available for your review at your interview or upon request.
